How to check the ICS neurons (tokens) from the SNS swap, and Swap $ICS

1. Open the NNS frontend, then navigate to Neuron Staking and select ICPSwap. Here, you can view the ICS neurons you swapped in the SNS swap.

1. Your ICS tokens are split into 5 neurons: one is unlocked, and the rest have dissolution delays of 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. Click on the unlocked neuron.

1. Click "Disburse." Once done, the $ICS in the Neuron will be sent to your NNS wallet under Tokens.

1. Internet Identity (II) protects user privacy by generating a unique Principal ID for each connection. To trade $ICS on ICPSwap, transfer $ICS to another wallet address. For example, use Plug to connect to ICPSwap and copy the Principal ID.

1. In the NNS frontend (wallet), find the $ICS token, click "Transfer," paste your Plug Principal ID, and then click "Send now."

1. Return to ICPSwap, and you'll see your $ICS balance in your wallet. Enjoy trading!
