Pop-ups Problem Solution

PC

Way 1: Prompt during wallet interaction and directly select Allow.

Way 2: Navigate to the browser Settings page ( Chrome / Brave )and select Allow.

Android

Chrome

1. On your Android phone, open the Chrome app .

2. To the right of the address bar, tap More Settings.

3. Tap Permissions Pop-ups and redirects.

4. Turn off Pop-ups and redirects.

Brave

1. Open Chrome.

2. Tap the “⋮” menu.

3. Tap Settings.

4. Tap Site settings.

5. Tap Pop-ups blocked, and ensure the block filter is off.

iOS

Chrome

1. On your iPhone, open the Chrome app .

2. Tap More Settings .

3. Tap Content Settings Block Pop-ups.

4. Turn Block Pop-ups off.

Brave

1. Open Chrome.

2. Tap the “⋮” menu.

3. Tap Settings.

4. Tap Site settings.

5. Tap Pop-ups blocked, and ensure the block filter is off.

Safari

1. Go to Settings > Apps > Safari.

2. Turn Block Pop-ups off.
