If you find that the corresponding WICP balance has not increased after using the Wrap function. Please click "Retry any of your failed Wrap," then click "View Account in Explore"
Find the problematic Wrap transaction, click "Transaction Hash", copy the Transaction Index, then go back to the "Retry Wrap" page and fill in this value. Click the "Retry" button
The "Retry Wrap" feature automatically verifies the account's transaction history and billing statements and then solves the problem of Wrap failure
P.S. Wrap failure occurs when the network is unstable and rarely occurs. If you encounter this situation, you can use the "Retry Wrap" feature
